This class was designed under the direction of energy's leading market technician, Cynthia Kase. Cynthia traded physical energy as well as commodity derivates before launching the firm in 1992. She is a Chartered Market Technician and member of the Market Technicians Association, and Master of Financial Technical Analysis, awarded by the International Federation of Technical Analysts and the American Association of Professional Technical Analysts. Her work has won numerous awards from both the energy and technical analysis communities and she is widely published. Her technical trading algorithms are carried by a wide rang of trading platforms.


P. Dean Rogers, AP-Class Instructor
Dean Rogers, AP, is Kase's Managing Director. Dean has been with Kase since 2000, is a member of the Market Technician's Association and oversees all of the firm's daily technical analysis work. Dean consults with clients on trading and hedging strategies, writes market analyses for oil and gas, provides training on Kase's computer trading and hedging models, teaches technical analysis and risk management courses, and is responsible for software and quantitative analytics research and development.

This two-day seminar will be held at the hotels listed below or can be conducted on-site at your facilities. The seminar will start promptly at 8:00 AM and will finish at 4:00 PM on the first day. On the second day, the seminar will resume at 8:00 AM and will finish at 12:00 PM (noon). The program includes continental breakfast, lunch, and coffee breaks. Attendees also receive a professionally produced seminar manual that can serve as a valuable office reference. Dress is casual for all seminars.

Seminar fees will be charged to your credit card at the time of registration unless other arrangements have been made. CPE Credits

This live group seminar is eligible for 11.0 CPE credits. Be aware that state boards of accountancy have final authority on the acceptance of individual courses for CPE credit. As of January 1, 2002, sponsored learning activities are measured by program length, with one 50-minute period equal to one CPE credit. One-half CPE credit increments (equal to 25 minutes) are permitted after the first credit has been earned in a given learning activity. You may want to verify that the state board from which your participants will be receiving credit accept one-half credits.

PGS Energy Training is registered with the National Association of State Boards of Accountancy (NASBA) as a sponsor of continuing professional education on the National Registry of CPE Sponsors. State boards of accountancy have final authority on the acceptance of individual courses for CPE credit.
