29th Annual Power and Gas M&A Symposium - In Partnership with SNL
Suggested February 8th Pre-Conference Workshop-See PGS website for details

A Two-Day Classroom Seminar (CPE Approved)

The Power and Gas M&A Symposium will provide you critical insights into how mergers and acquisitions can be used to support your business' growth strategy. Whether you're involved in utility, power or natural gas asset M&A transactions, the Symposium will help clarify the current state of the market and provide ideas on its future direction.

The pressure to grow means companies have continued to rely on M&A as a key part of their strategy. While regulated utility mergers have become less frequent, there remains a high level of energy asset acquisitions. Sources of activity include auctions, new business lines and alternative generation sources.

Divestiture is another strategy that drives asset level activity as companies seek to re-balance their portfolios.
