With billions of e-mail messages traveling the Internet daily and instant communication only a click away, it is now more essential than ever that e-mails and memos be written clearly and concisely for today's continued business success. Yet, sometimes this does not occur.

In the contemporary workplace where time is premium and business demands are multiplying at a rapid rate, companies and organizations are finding that common e-mail and memo errors are prevalent and hindering work productivity. Today, there is a greater emphasis for employees to improve their written communication skills in order to attract readers' attention, enhance understanding and achieve desired results.

This seminar will help employees sharpen their e-mail and memo skills so that they will communicate more effectively with their co-workers, supervisors, management and others in the business world. They will discover ways to write succinctly and clearly, organize their thoughts more easily, and master attention-getting communication skills.
